DESCRIPTION OF TOUR
TR-SGN 902: Pick up at the hotel & transfer to Cu Chi tunnels. Here you will have the opportunity to witness how rice paper is made and to explore the amazing labyrinth of tunnels used by the guerrillas during the war. Return to Ho Chi Minh city. End of services
TR-SGN 903:(Lunch) Pick up at hotel & transfer to visit the Reunification Palace built in 1869 on the site of the former residential palace of the French Governor of Indochina, the War remnant museum with many exhibitions of the Wars in Vietnam-from the French times to the American wars, the Notre Dame Cathedral, typical Gothic Structure completed by the French in 1883 & the General Post office. Have lunch at local restaurant. Visit Ben Thanh market which is still beautiful as ever with a clock tower on the top roof, a symbol of Saigon city & China town & Thien Hau temple. End of services.
TR-SGN 904:(Lunch) Take a full day trip to the watery world of the Mekong Delta, just some hours by road from Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival, board a motorized boat for a journey to Cai Be floating market. See how river life goes on, trading between merchant ships and local farmers. Walk through the village streets and watch locals making manioc chips. Cruise through the secluded canals where you stop at a local house of the area to enjoy seasonal fruits and lunch before the boat takes you to the Mighty Mekong, cruise to other islands for walking, visiting fruit orchards. Back to Ho Chi Minh city. End of services. |
